Finally, Super Gabby updates. I made two trips to Vegas the last two weekends, one for the film premiere of "A Father's Journey" at the Las Vegas Latino International Film Festival (look out for a blog on that) and the other to attend a wedding. I actually came back and worked two days before going back so it felt like a split vacation. Anyway, Super Gabby, here we go... AUDITONS We just had our third round of auditions today and we'll be doing callback auditions this Saturday. We're still looking for more actresses to audition for Gabby's mother and grandmother: Mrs. Espinoza Female / Supporting / Hispanic / 30 - 40 Gabby's mother. Strong. Independent. She's a widow raising her two daughters with the help of her mother. Fluent in Spanish is a plus. Rate: Meals, Credit Abuela Female / Supporting / Hispanic / 55 - 65 Gabby's grandmother. Warm, loving, and caring. Full of life and wisdom. Spiritual. You can go to her feeling down and depressed and walk away happier than ever. Also, she's very interesting and cool.
